Heart Merge and its various versions, including the Heart Merge web version (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Heart Merge", "us", "we", or "our"), are incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use. When users sign in with Facebook/Google, Heart Merge will collect their nickname and avatar, which will be used as the default nickname and avatar for Heart Merge. Users can modify these later. Heart Merge ensures these collected data are confidential. You should pass face verification to ensure your interests when using certain functions. We will not use your face data for other purposes.
When you install the Service on your device and register with Heart Merge, personally identifiable information such as your mobile phone number, email address, city, gender, and name may be collected. Some information may be optional.
We may also request access to your address book with your consent. If granted, we will store your contact information to help sync your contacts between devices. You can opt out at any time through the app settings.

We prioritize user privacy and security. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate, support, or improve the Service. Your information may be stored and processed in any country where Heart Merge maintains facilities. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information outside your country.
